What is the minimum order quantity?

It depends on the SKU and grade. Grade A units typically have an MOQ of 5–10 units. Grade B is 10–20, and Grade C can be purchased in smaller quantities — sometimes as few as 3. The product listing always shows the current MOQ. Custom arrangements for larger buyers are available on request.
Do you offer net-30 payment terms?

Yes — for approved accounts. Applications are processed in 1–2 business days and require a business credit check and 3 trade references. Once approved, net-30 terms apply to all future orders with no per-order credit limit under $10,000. Larger accounts can request extended terms.
How does your 30-day warranty work?

If a unit is DOA (dead on arrival) or fails within 30 days of receipt, we replace it — no restocking fee, no return shipping charge. We send the replacement first and you ship the defective unit back in the same box. Claims must be submitted via email with the serial number and a brief description of the failure.
Can I request specific brands or screen sizes?

Absolutely. Use the Custom Sourcing service to specify brand, model, screen size, resolution, port requirements, and grade. We'll search our procurement channels and respond with availability within one business day. You're never obligated to purchase — we only invoice once you approve the quote.
Do units come with original boxes and cables?

Grade A units typically include original OEM packaging, power cable, and at least one video cable. Grade B and C units are re-boxed in sturdy white or brown boxes and include a power cable. Video cables for Grade B/C are included when available; otherwise, we note the omission on the manifest. Accessories can be added to orders at cost.
How do I access the inventory data feed?

The data feed is available to all approved account holders. Once your account is set up, you receive API credentials and documentation for the JSON endpoint. We also send a weekly CSV export every Monday at 6 AM EST. Reach out to your account manager to activate feed access.
