Core Services

Four Ways We Work With You

From one-off lot purchases to long-term supply agreements, we adapt to how your business actually operates.

01

Wholesale Lot Purchasing

Browse our live inventory and purchase units by the lot. All lots ship with a full grade manifest — every serial number, grade, and test result documented. Mix grades or request single-grade lots. No minimums on grade C stock.

02

Account-Based Supply Agreements

Approved accounts get net-30 payment terms, reserved inventory allocations, and priority access to incoming lots before they hit the public catalog. Ideal for resellers moving more than 50 units per month.

03

Custom Sourcing

Need a specific SKU we don't currently carry? Submit a sourcing request. We tap into our OEM and federal auction channels to find it, typically within 10 business days. You pay only if we find what you asked for — at the price we quoted.

Submit Your Inquiry

Use the quote form on our Contact page. Tell us the SKU, quantity, and grade preference. Takes about 3 minutes.

2

Receive a Firm Quote

We respond within 2 business hours with a per-unit price, available quantity, and lead time. The price doesn't change after you accept.

We send the grade manifest for your lot before shipment. Review it, request changes, or approve it. Full transparency, no surprises.

4

Lots under 20 units ship UPS/FedEx. Larger orders go LTL freight, palletized and strapped. Full tracking from our warehouse to yours.

Grading Standards

What Each Grade Actually Means

Our grading rubric is not a marketing exercise. Every definition below is enforced by our 47-point inspection checklist — available on request.

Grade Cosmetic Condition Functional Status Dead Pixels Typical Use Case
A Like-new or near-new. No visible scratches from 12". May have minor bezel mark only visible in direct light. 100% functional. All ports tested. Backlight uniform. No dead zones. Zero tolerance. Any dead pixel → rejected to Grade B. Customer-facing resale, executive desktops, medical imaging.
B Light cosmetic wear. Visible scratches on bezel or stand. No cracks. Panel surface clean. 100% functional. All ports working. May have minor backlight variation at <5% brightness deviation. 0–2 sub-pixel anomalies only; no full dead pixels on Grade B. IT deployments, back-office, education, developer workstations.
C Noticeable cosmetic wear — deep scratches, scuff marks, discoloration. No structural cracks or broken hinges. 100% functional. All ports active. Cosmetic wear does not affect display operation. Up to 3 dead pixels allowed, outside center 30% of screen area. Warehouse signage, kiosks, lab/testing environments, parts-sourcing.

All units include a serial-number-level test report. Request inspection logs for any lot via your account manager or the contact form.
